What does the job entail?

Manage and maintain C-Suite calendars. Travel arrangements domestic and international plus process expense reports for CEO and President. Schedule and coordinate board meetings to include lunches, refreshments, and dinners. Assist in setting agendas, take minutes, and assist in coordination of executive meeting. Order/place office, investor, exec meals as needed. Candidate should be positive, have a strong personality, flexible and an even temperament. Occasionally there may be a need to pick up lunches, dinners and on occasion transport CEO to external meetings to maximize his time.

What kind of person are we looking for?

An individual with an exceptional ability to multitasking. Effective communication and time management. You will be working directly with a very busy CEO and other founders of a start up that has gone to market. Self-motivated and adaptability skills. Someone with leadership experience and demonstrates teamwork.

More practical skills needed:

* Experience 4 years as an Executive Assistant
